BBT higher than normal for this time in my cycle and my cervex is soft, could I be pregnant or ovulating early

I have been ttc for the last 11 months, and tracking my cycles with TCOYF software. I started spotting at 15 dpo. The second day was heavy felt like a normal period. My BBT on day 1 of period was 97.97. Day 2 dropped to 97.87. Day 2 and 3 was heavy. Day 4 it stopped. I usually spot for a day or two. Day 4 my BBT was 97.94. Day 5 97.92. On day 4 I noticed some cm. It seemed like it might be EWCM. On day 5 I checked my cervex and it is soft and midway. In the 11 months I have been tracking my cycles it has always been firm rigtht after my period. I read that when you are pregnant your cervex is soft. Could I be ovulating this early or could I be pregant?
