Stuck in a rut........?

I have been with my guy for over 2yrs and we have been livin 2gether for over a year. He lives with me in my house, I work and go 2 uni, he has been unemployed from day 1. He has tried gettin a job bt had no luck. He doesnt go out to see his friends or family and is at home 24/7. Despite this i do love him very much and care for him ALOT. We have been arguing all the time recently and i simply dont kno what to do. Any ideas?
