Was this the right thing to do?

my mom was asking me for some advice about my brother whom is a devout christian and has an intense pion for Christ. well he was at an event being held at a church, where they were doing a raffle, and apparently my brother didnt like it cause he got up from his seat marched to the stage took the microphone and said this is wrong, this is the Lords house (and i imagine he said something about the raffle) and that they all needed to go home. Was this the right thing to do???
