What does Surah 66:5 mean?

I had to memorize this surah in 7th grade. Anyways, this surah was talking about how God wanted prophet Mohammad to divorce his wives for them being untruthful. When the prophet told them that, they got upset so he decided not to. God sent down this Surah to tell everyone to not make the things he made halal, to haram. God told the prophet that if he divorced them then he will get a women that is described in that verse.
