Why are boys wearing tighter pants than Michal Phelps speedo?

Oh I know what you mean! I mean, every time I look at the Jonas Brothers, I think: why do they wear their pants so tight? Call me old fashioned, but I don't really think it's that appropriate to look at these 14 and 15 year old boys and see their panty lines. (Remember Steve Erkel's pants?)
