1996 3 hp johnson model-J3REUC proper starting from 10 years being dormant.?

I just bought a 1996 3 hp johnson model-J3REUC . Used only one time 10 years ago and looks brand new inside out. Fuel been drained back then and no smell of fuel too. I pulled the rope starter and it turns smooth as well as the propeller. Is there any lubricant to spray first? and what is the safe proper starting procedure prior to starting. Thanks....Joe
