Children out of wedlock in UAE?

Ok so I live in AD but this question is for a friend in UK. She has a 10 year old child that was born out of wedlock....her current partner (who she will be marrying next month) has been offered a job out here, im doing my best to find out if it will be problem free for the child to get visa, also they WILL be married by this point.....but given the child is 10 years old and has a different surname it is obvious that he was born out of wedlock, also the childs father has no objections to the child living abroad.....WILL THEY ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS? what doentation will they need?
