Driving law: drunk whilst supervising a drunk driver who had no licence or insurance?

Since this is in the U.K. I honestly don't know. Don't know the laws there. But in this country, person A is probably looking at no worse than probation. Person B however could be looking at jail time. It would depend on which state you were in and that state's laws. But their are some states here in the U.S. that consider driving while suspended/without a license as a capital crime, worse than a drug dealer or even a murderer in some cases. Personally I think they are both probably looking at probation, nobody was hurt, and that is the most important thing.
