How come the Poison control Center asked me where i live and how old i was?

I called the Poison Control Center for a question on Iron overdose. I am 18 and took a vitamin for intestinal health and saw that the iron was 18 milligrams. I researched how much i needed and It said only 8 mg's, so i called the hotline to ask If I overdosed, and she seemed frustrated. At the end of the call, she asked me where I lived and how old I was. She did'nt think I was trying to commit suicide, did she?
