Can a felon charged with poss of narcotics buy a gun from big5?

I'm just curious. I got the charge bak when I was 18yrs old. Now I'm 21. I completed my cles and everything the judge told me to do. After I did that the judge said Congrats and she said it's like if nothing ever happened. My charge was 11350(a) hs. I just want to know if I apply for a gun permit will I most likely get rejected or approved?
