I used to cut and if you are still tempted the best thing to do is get help. You will be taken to a mental hospital (not as bad as it sounds) and observed for a few hours and they will decide how bad your problems are, and if they should keep you there for a bit or not. They will also decide if you should see a therapist or not. Trust me none of this is nearly as bad as it sounds. And i would definetley write music if it makes you feel better.
